They say when golf gets into your bloodstream, it’s hard to think about much else.  Investment consultant David Myers might be inclined to agree with that observation.

Myers, as an IUP student and member of the Golf Team from 1988 through 1992, earned distinction as a two-time All-American, a four-time PSAC First Team member, and a four-time All-District Selection.  Remaining in the Indiana area following college, he has achieved additional honors as the 2013 Indiana Country Club Men’s Champion, the 1991 and 1999 Indiana VFW Club Champion, and a three-time champion of the Indiana Country Club Invitational Tournament.

In addition, Myers has served as assistant golf coach at both Indiana Area High School and IUP.

The native of Bellefonte, PA, attended Bellefonte Area High School.  At IUP, he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing in 1993.  He lives in Indiana, PA, with his wife, Jennifer.
