INDIANA, PA – The IUP women's tennis team has continued the dedication in the community of many Crimson Hawks squads by volunteering in several service events this fall.

On September 20, tennis student-athletes helped set up for the annual used book sale at St. Thomas More University Parish. Two days later they attended an interschool rally tennis match for disabled kids, as the players helped run drills, interacted with the kids, and gave tennis lessons.

This past October 15 the team raised $420 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation by hosting, running and participating in a United States Tennis Association Campus Showdown one-day tournament at IUP.

This coming Saturday On Saturday, October 22, the team will be helping out at the YMCA for their Pool-O-Ween event for local kids. The team will be back at the YMCA on November 11, and December 3, to help out with their Kid's Night Out events.
