Sophomore women's basketball forward Brittany Robinson was named an IUP Athlete of the Week, for the week ending on Sunday, January 22. It's her second IUP weekly award of the year.Â
Robinson averaged a double-double last week, although the Crimson Hawks suffered through a pair of losses to sixth-ranked California and on the road at Clarion. She averaged 14.0 points and 10.0 rebounds in the two games, shooting 14-of-21 from the floor, while adding five blocks and two steals.
Robinson tallied her first career double-double with 14 points and 14 rebounds against Cal, and followed that with 14 points, six rebounds, and three blocks at Clarion.Â
