IUP Compliance

5402Welcome to the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) Athletics Compliance website. As you know, the Compliance Office is committed to assisting the Department of Athletics in meeting the standards of "institutional control" that are mandated by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). As a Division II athletics program that is a member of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC), IUP is obligated to uphold the rules and regulations that have been established to govern intercollegiate athletics participation in its 19 varsity sports.

The IUP Athletics Compliance Office works to help educate its student-athletes, coaches, administrators, faculty, staff and boosters about the basic requirements and guidelines that must be followed in order to make the Crimson Hawks compliant.

This web site has been designed to provide a quick reference to important compliance-related topics. The objective is to explain and monitor compliance principles through the helpful links below and required forms. If you have any questions that this site does not answer, please feel free to contact the IUP Athletics Compliance Office (e-mail: athletics-compliance@iup.edu).
