Just 33 points away from the 1,000 point mark for his career, Marcel Souberbielle was again solid for the Crimson Hawks in their two victories this past week. Against Bloomsburg he scored 10 points, adding six rebounds, two assists and two steals. He followed that up with 14 points, three rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal against the Lakers. The win at Mercyhurst was the first road victory against the Lakers in Souberbielle's four years at IUP. He leads the team in scoring, averaging 16.6 per game.
