Jasa Mitchell is one of our Athletes of the Week after blasting six homeruns in eight games as the Crimson Hawks went 7-1. Three of those homers came in the opener against Mercyhurst, as she finished 3-for-4 with five RBI in IUP's win. She also tallied two in the second game of the Slippery Rock and her first in a 2-0 win over Seton Hill at the beginning of the week. The outfielder hit .440 during the week with 11 hits, seven runs scored, two doubles, nine RBI and a 1.240 slugging percentage to earn PSAC West Hitter of the Week honors. Mitchell leads the PSAC with eight homeruns this year and has 21 in her three-year career at IUP, sixth all-time in school history.
