Krista Matsko earns IUP Athlete of the Week after being named the Outstanding Track Athlete at the 2014 PSAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Matsko won the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:00.02, a new personal best. It was her first individual win. She also set a new personal best while placing second in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 14.19. Matsko ran the second leg of the 4x400 relay and set a school record with a time of 3:52.88. Matsko became the first IUP outdoor track athlete since Sarah Raschiatore in 2002 to be named the Outstanding Track Athlete at the PSAC Championships.
