Beers had another big week at the plate which included tying the IUP career home run record with her 28th blast at Edinboro on Sunday. In the four-game series the grad hit .538 (7-13) with a 1.154 slugging percentage and scored four runs. Five of her seven hits went for extra bases, included three doubles, a triple, and that big home run.
