Jack Owen earns the year's first male IUP Athlete of the Week award after winning his first collegiate tournament on Monday. The senior shot a four-over 148 over two rounds at Urbana's Dye Intercollegiate, and was named the PSAC Men's Golfer of the Week. Coming from five strokes back after day one, Owen shot a one-under 71 and tied teammate Michael Hoare, forcing a playoff. On the very first hole he sunk an eagle, clinching the victory.
