Playing in three matches, and 12 total sets, for the Crimson Hawks, Sova registered 57 total kills. In the team's first matchup against Notre Dame College, she recorded a career-high 25 kills. She also added four aces and logged only six errors on 35 total attacks. In the team's second match against West Virginia Wesleyan, she had 18 kills and only two errors on 27 total attacks. The Crimson Hawks wrapped up the tournament taking on West Virginia State, where Sova again posted a strong performance with 14 kills and three aces. IUP came away with three victories in as many chances at the crossover, their first wins of the season. For her efforts, she was also named the PSAC West Volleyball Athelte of the Week. Led by Sova's outstanding performance, the Crimson Hawks dropped just three sets, one against each opponent.
