Shawn Dyer is this week's IUP Athletics Men's Athlete of the Week after earning weekly honors from the PSAC on Monday. Dyer earned his first conference player of the week award in helping the Crimson Hawks to key wins over Cal and Gannon last week, averaging 18.5 points and 6.5 rebounds per game. He made 54.5 percent of his attempts from the field and went 6-of-13 from three-point range and 7-of-8 from the foul line. Dyer nearly posted a double-double with 22 points and nine rebounds against the Vulcans and had 15 points against Gannon.
