Jessica Bodkin (Newport Beach, Calif./Newport Harbor) and Laura McFadden (Orefield, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) lifted the IUP volleyball team to a pair of wins over Shepherd and Alderson-Broaddus Saturday afternoon at Memorial Field House part of the PSAC/WVIAC crossover.

In the first match of the day the Crimson Hawks defeated Shepherd in straight sets 25-20, 25-16, 25-16. Bodkin paced IUP with 12 kills and five digs. Danielle Ostendorf (Rockford, IL/Boylan Catholic) and Kadie Koeneman (Columbus, Ohio/Upper Arlington) each added eight kills for the Crimson Hawks. Chelsey Kreinbrook (Dawson, Pa./Geibel Catholic) set the table with 36 se assists.

IUP completed the sweep of the day with a 3-0 win over Alderson-Broaddus. Laura McFadden (Orefield, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) had nine kills and nine digs to lead the Crimson Hawks. Bodkin and Kreinbrook each had eight kills in the game. Koeneman had 14 digs for IUP in the win.

With the win IUP improves to 8-0 on the season. The Crimson Hawks return to action next Friday at the PSAC crossover weekend.
