Final Results

MILLERSVILLE, PA - IUP continued its undefeated run to start the season against Millersville on Saturday, blanking the Marauders 9-0 in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) crossover women's tennis matchup in Millersville.

The Hawks swept Millersville in doubles action, Erika Schnass and Abby McCormick (Bethel Park, Pa. /Bethel Park) kicked it off with an 8-1 win at number three over Shauna Powers and Alexandra Heller. Tanya Timko (Cannonsburg, PA/Chartiers-Houston) and Emilia Osborne (Leighton Buzzard, United Kingdom/Cedars ) followed in their teammates place defeating Elizabeth Wagner and Kelsey Waite also 8-1, while Tabtip Loughabanjong and Katie Eaton (Halesowen, United Kingdom/Haybridge) defeated Melissa Plowman and Samantha Prager 8-2.

The first win on the singles side came from number six McCormick when she defeated Heller 6-1, 6-1. Though not a shutout, Ranvita Mahto (Burlington, ON/Robert Bateman) had an easy win against Wagner, winning 6-2, 6-2. Eaton had the only sweep in the series, easily defeating Powers 6-0, 6-0 with the fifth win.

At the number three position, Timko got the best of Prager, winning the set 6-1, 6-2. Osborne got the third win, defeating Waite 6-2, 6-2. Louhabanjong got the final win for the Hawks, defeating Plowman 6-3, 6-4.
The Crimson Hawks (3-0) wrapped up their fall season and will be returning to action in February.
