AT A GLANCE
The Crimson Hawks hit the road for the first of two non-conference games when they play Dowling in Oakdale, N.Y. on Tuesday evening. IUP enters with a perfect 4-0 record, including  a pair of PSAC West wins over Pitt-Johnstown and Clarion last week. Dowling opened the season ranked No. 16 in the nation is 0-1 after an 81-57 loss to No. 1 Bentley back on Nov. 16. The Golden Lions were picked third in the East Coast Conference preseason poll.

This will be the first all-time meeting between these two schools.

PSAC WEST ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Jr. G Lindsay Stamp (Erie, Pa. /Mercyhurst Prep) was named the PSAC West Athlete of the Week on Monday after averaging 28.0 ppg and 6.5 rpg in IUP's two wins. She shot a blistering 61.7 pct. (21-34) from the floor, including 76.9 pct. (10-13) from three-point range. She also had 5 assists, 3 blocks, 2 steals and just 1 turnover in 34.0 mpg.

SCORING IN BUNCHES
Stamp has been the Crimson Hawks' leading scorer in each of their four games this season, scoring at least 20 points each time. She's now gone for 20-plus in six of her last eight games dating back to last season, and has nine career 20-point games.

CRASHING THE BOARDS
The Crimson Hawks are 3rd in the PSAC with 47.0 rpg and lead the conference with a +9.8 rebounding margin. IUP has handled the offensive glass in each of the last three games with totals of 18, 19 and 23 rebounds, respectively. Five players average at least 5.5 rpg for the Crimson Hawks, with Jr. F Ashley Stoner (Pittsburgh, Pa. /Thomas Jefferson) leading the way with 8.8 rpg (6.0 off. rpg). Stamp averages 6.5 while So. F Zhane Brooks (Erie, Pa. /Villa Maria) grabs 6.0. Jr. G's Amy Fairman (Creekside, Pa. /Marion Center) (5.8) and Marita Mathe (Indiana, Pa. /Indiana) (5.5) are also among IUP's rebounding leaders.

BLOCK PARTY
IUP is 3rd in the PSAC with 4.25 blocks per contest, swatting away 17 shots in four games. Brooks leads the way and is 5th in the conference with 6 blocks. The Crimson Hawks are on pace for 110 blocks this year. They had 69 all of last year.
