AT A GLANCE
The Crimson Hawks host PSAC crossover action as Millersville comes to the KCAC on Tuesday night. IUP last played on Dec. 7, suffering its first loss of the season in heartbreaking fashion at Seton Hill. The Marauders defeated East Stroudsburg 10 days ago, stopping a two-game losing streak and have won two of their last five. The Crimson Hawks are 6-1 overall while Millersville is 4-3. Both are 2-1 in PSAC play. 

THE SERIES
IUP owns the advantage in the series with Millersville with an all-time record of 19-12. The Marauders have won three of the last four meetings, including a pair of wins in the KCAC (60-53 in 2012; 58-55 in 2011). The Crimson Hawks last defeated Millersville 67-54 during the 2009-10 season.

NATIONAL RANKINGS
The Crimson Hawks fell out of the USA TODAY Sports Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll this week after losing their first game of the year to Seton Hill. They had been ranked 25th on Dec. 3. 

WINNING WITH DEFENSE
The Crimson Hawks boast arguably the top defense in the PSAC, leading the conference and ranking 7th in Division II by allowing just 53.7 ppg. IUP has held opponents under 50 points three times and only two teams have scored more than 53 in a game. IUP also leads the PSAC by holding opponents to a 31.4 FG% and are 3rd with a 22.7 3FG%.

20/20 VISION
Jr. G Lindsay Stamp (Erie, Pa. /Mercyhurst Prep) has scored 20 points in each of IUP's seven games this season, including a career-high 35 against Pitt-Johnstown on Nov. 20. She has 12 career 20-point games and has reached the benchmark in nine of her last 11 contests dating back to last season.

TOP SCORER
Stamp leads the PSAC and is 9th in Division II with 23.0 ppg this year. Her 51.2 FG% (62-121) is 6th in the conference while her 39.0 3FG% (16-41) ranks 10th. In her 21 games as a starter for the Crimson Hawks, Stamp is averaging 18.3 ppg.

CRASHING THE BOARDS
IUP is 4th in the PSAC with 44.9 rpg and leads the conference in rebounding margin with a +10.9. The Crimson Hawks have outrebounded their opponents in all but one game, including a +27 against Clarion.

HITTING THE "3"
The Crimson Hawks are 3rd in the PSAC with 6.9 3s per game and 6th with a 32.0 3FG% this year. Four players are shooting better than 35.7 pct. from beyond the arc, including Stamp's 39.0 pct. Jr. G Amy Fairman (Creekside, Pa. /Marion Center) is shooting 38.9 pct. while Jr. G Marita Mathe (Indiana, Pa. /Indiana) has made 10-28 (35.7 pct.) from long distance.
