AT A GLANCE
The 20th-ranked Crimson Hawks return home for the first time in four games when they host PSAC East rival Bloomsburg at the KCAC on Wednesday night. IUP enters the week with an 11-1 overall record and is riding a five-game winning streak after a pair of road victories at Mansfield and Lock Haven last weekend. The Huskies were victorious in their two PSAC crossover games last weekend against Clarion and Pitt-Johnstown and come in with a 9-3 record, including a 4-1 mark against West schools.

THE SERIES
IUP owns the all-time series lead against Bloomsburg, 23-16. This is a budding, new rivalry, with these two teams meeting a total of time times in the previous two seasons, including three matchups in the PSAC or NCAA tournaments. The Crimson Hawks are 4-1 during that span, with two of those wins coming in the NCAA Atlantic Regional.

POST PRESENCE
Jr. F Ashley Stoner (Pittsburgh, Pa. /Thomas Jefferson) has put together a string of five games where she is averaging 15.0 ppg and 6.6 rpg while shooting a blistering 60.4 pct. (32-53) from the floor. She was close to a pair of double-doubles last weekend with 19 points and 7 rebounds at Mansfield and 18 points and 9 boards against Lock Haven. She's also successful at the charity stripe,
currently 1st all-time in program history with a career 82.4 FT% (155-188).

TOP SCORER
Jr. G Lindsay Stamp (Erie, Pa. /Mercyhurst Prep) leads the PSAC and is 24th in the nation with 20.8 ppg thru 12 games this season. She's posted eight 20-point performances this season and has 14 for her career, including 12 in 43 games at IUP.  - including a career-high 35 against Pitt-Johnstown. In her 26 games as a starter, Stamp is averaging 18.3 ppg.

BEYOND THE ARC
The Crimson Hawks are putting together one of the best three-point shooting seasons in school history. Their 38.1 3FG% leads the PSAC and is 15th in Division II and would also break the previous program mark of 35.8 pct. set during the 2009-10 season. IUP has knocked down a total of 91 3's and its 7.6 made per game is currently 3rd in the PSAC.

TAKING THEM TO "BOARDING" SCHOOL
IUP is also having a strong season on the boards, leading the PSAC and ranking 6th in the nation with a +10.8 rebounding margin. The Crimson Hawks have outrebounded their opponents in all but one game and have a season-high of 59 rebounds against Clarion. Five players average at least 5.1 rpg, including Stoner's 7.1

DEFENSIVE DOMINANCE
The main strength of the Crimson Hawks this season is their defense. They give up just 55.5 ppg - tops in the PSAC and 10th-best in Division II - forcing opponents to 53 or fewer points in seven of their 12 games. In IUP's five home games this season, the Crimson Hawks are giving up an average of 52.4 points per contest and just 58.0 points in their five games against PSAC East opponents.

SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
