JOHNSTOWN, Pa. -
Austin Mock (State College, Pa./State College) hit three home runs to help IUP earn a doubleheader baseball split with Pitt-Johnstown on Saturday afternoon.
The Crimson Hawks won game one 16-7, but lost game two 12-8 to the Bobcats.
Mock's three homers brought his season total to eight.
Ryan Uhl (St. Marys, Pa./St. Marys) hit his team-leading 15th home run of the year.
Box scores were not available for either game at the conclusion of Saturday.
The split brought IUP's season record to 12-16 overall. The Crimson Hawks are now 8-10 in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division, tied for fourth with Slippery Rock.
These two teams are back in action on Sunday when they close out the season series at Dougherty Field in Indiana.
