THE GAME AT A GLANCE
With first place in the division on the line the Crimson Hawks face a big midseason test as they take on Mercyhurst tonight in Erie. Tipoff at the Mercyhurst Athletic Center is set for 5:30 p.m. Both teams are 8-0 in league play, and share a three-way tie with Edinboro for first place in the PSAC West. IUP takes a 10-game win streak to Erie, with each of its last five wins coming by 23 points or more. The Lakers carry a win streak of eight straight, with its only loss of the year coming to Ashland, currently the top ranked team in Division II.
