WEEKEND AT A GLANCE
The Crimson Hawks remain at home this weekend as they clash with the PSAC Northwest for some classic showdowns. First up on Friday, the Crimson Hawks take on Edinboro at 7 pm before hosting its long-time rival Slippery Rock in the friendly confines of the Kovalchick Complex on Saturday beginning at 1 pm.

*IUP looks to shake off the four-set loss to Clarion on Tuesday. IUP is in the middle of their schedule while posting a respectable 14-6 record thus far
*IUP is at the top in the PSAC in Opponent service aces (0.78 per set) while being in the top five in;

*Sr. OH Natalie Cignetti (Indiana, Pa./Indiana) enters this weekend as the PSAC's leader in kills per set with 4.14; Cal's Rachel Priore is second with 3.96
*Sr. S Katie Miller (Fort Wayne, Ind./Homestead) continues to be consistent on the floor for the Crimson Hawks and ranks first in the conference with 10.92 assists per set; She had a career-high 52 assists in five sets against Gannon last Friday; West Chester's Jillian Grammer ranks second in the PSAC with 10.51
*Sr. MB Gabby Egler (Pittsburgh, Pa./Barack Obama Academy) continues her hot start to October for the Crimson Hawks; Egler has a .316 hitting percentage, 1.08 blocks per set, 42.5 total points, and 3.27 points per set in three games thru October 

RECORD WATCH
*Cignetti is currently averaging 4.14 kills per set; keeping this pace would place her at fourth overall in a season in the IUP record books; Cignetti slid her way up in the record books and is currently fourth all-time in kills with 1079 through her career now on the chase for third which is held by Michelle Jones with 1395
*Miller is currently sitting at 710 assists through 20 matches; keeping this pace would help her crack the top-seven in assists in a season; with her 710 assists thus far, Miller sits in eighth place all-time in assists in IUP history with 1355, just behind Sarah Alman who had 1388 through her career
*Jr. L Jess Marut (Painesville, Ohio/Riverside) keeps climbing the record books; With her 287 digs this season, she now sits at third on the all-time IUP record books in digs with 1,489; next Marut shoots for Sarah Rosenberry who has 1,752 digs in her career
*Egler finds herself in the top-10 in blocks all-time with 262 which places her 10th in program history; next up is Danielle Ostendorf at 265
*Sr. OH Alexis Anderson (Cleveland, Ohio/Mayfield) sits with 820 career kills; which is good for 12th all-time just behind Elizabeth Sova with 875
