The Crimson Hawks dust off the bus this weekend as we have some classic PSAC Southwest showdowns. First up on Friday, the Crimson Hawks take on Seton Hill at 7 pm in Greensburg before facing its long-time rival Cal on Saturday beginning at 1 pm.
 
STORYLINES / WHAT TO WATCH FOR
*IUP looks to keep it rolling this weekend after a sweep last weekend of Edinboro and Slippery Rock. IUP is in the middle of their schedule while posting a respectable 16-6 record thus far
*IUP is at the top in the PSAC in Opponent service aces (0.73 per set) while being in the top five in;
Hitting percentage (.217) - 2nd in PSAC
Opponent hitting percentage (.118) - 3rd in PSAC
Assists per set (12.40) - 1st in PSAC
Opponent assists per set (9.75) - 5th in PSAC

*Sr. OH Natalie Cignetti (Indiana, Pa./Indiana) enters this weekend as the PSAC's leader in kills per set with 4.17; Cal's Rachel Priore is second with 3.79
*Sr. S Katie Miller (Fort Wayne, Ind./Homestead) continues to be consistent on the floor for the Crimson Hawks and ranks first in the conference with 11.03 assists per set; She had a career-high 54 assists in four sets against Slippery Rock last Saturday; Shippensburg's Emily Hangen ranks second in the PSAC with 10.58
*Jr. OPP Sami Brown (Lewisberry, Pa./Red Land) had a weekend to remember with the Crimson Hawks; She averaged 3.43 kills/set, a 3.14 hitting percentage, and 3.86 points/set

RECORD WATCH
*Cignetti is currently averaging 4.17 kills per set; keeping this pace would place her at fourth overall in a season in the IUP record books; Cignetti slid her way up in the record books and is currently fourth all-time in kills with 1,113 through her career now on the chase for third which is held by Michelle Jones with 1,395
*Miller is currently sitting at 794 assists through 22 matches; keeping this pace would help her crack the top-seven in assists in a season; with her 794 assists thus far, Miller moved into seventh place all-time in assists in IUP history with 1,444, trailing Jennifer Regan who sits in sixth place with 1,781
*Jr. L Jess Marut (Painesville, Ohio/Riverside) keeps climbing the record books; With her 287 digs this season, she now sits at third on the all-time IUP record books in digs with 1,530; next Marut shoots for Sarah Rosenberry who has 1,752 digs in her career
*Egler finds herself in the top-10 in blocks all-time sitting in ninth in program history with 266; next up is Morgan Cerveny with 290
*Sr. OH Alexis Anderson (Cleveland, Ohio/Mayfield) sits with 844 career kills; which is good for 12th all-time just behind Elizabeth Sova with 875
