THE GAME AT A GLANCE
The Crimson Hawks look to keep their six-game win streak alive this weekend as they return home to host Seton Hill. Tipoff on Saturday at the Kovalchick Complex is set for 5:30 p.m. IUP controls its own destiny heading into the final three games of the season, as a victory in each will guarantee a first round bye and a home quarterfinal contest. Seton Hill recently clinched a berth in the PSAC tournament, but is still battling for positioning with two games left on its schedule.

WHAT TO LOOK FOR
• IUP HC Tom McConnell is 5-2 against Seton Hill during his time on the Crimson Hawks' bench; He's 3-0 against the Griffins in the KCAC, with an average scoring margin of +17.0
• The Crimson Hawks are currently on a six-game win streak, their second longest of the season (W12)
• IUP defeated Seton Hill 72-51 in the season's first meeting in Greensburg on Jan. 25; That win put an end to IUP's three-game losing streak, with Soph. G Carolyn Appleby (Greensburg, Pa. /Greensburg Central Catholic) scoring a career-high 24 points
• The Crimson Hawks are averaging 78.0 points during their six-game win streak; They averaged 68.1 points in their previous 17 games
• IUP is 9-2 at home this year, outscoring opponents by nearly 16 points per game; The Crimson Hawks only two home losses came to Edinboro and No. 6 California
• Seton Hill has played better on the road compared to at home, boasting a 10-3 record away from Greensburg; The Griffins defeated Mercyhurst 70-64 on Wednesday and Edinboro 83-74 last week

MCCONNELL, CRIMSON HAWKS ARE 44-8 AT HOME
In four years under HC Tom McConnell, the Crimson Hawks boast a 45-8 record (.849) in home games, including a 9-2 this season. 

CRIMSON HAWKS ONE OF TOP THREE-POINT SHOOTING TEAMS IN PSAC
IUP leads the PSAC and ranks 14th in Division II with a 37.3 three-point field goal percentage. The Crimson Hawks have drained 42 treys with a 44.2 percentage during their six-game win streak, including a 14-21 performance against Slippery Rock. R-So. G Lauren Wolosik (Pittsburgh, Pa. /North Catholic) is the team-leader with 44 threes made and a 42.7 three-point percentage. 

IUP RANKS FIFTH IN DIVISION II WITH 5.74 BLOCKS PER GAME
Led by So. F Brittany Robinson (Harrisburg, Pa. /Central Dauphin East), the Crimson Hawks lead the PSAC and rank fifth in the country with 5.74 blocked shots per game. Robinson is putting together one of the best blocking seasons in program history with 45 through 23 games, while Jr. F Megan Smith (Blain, Pa./West Perry) has added 27. Four more players have at least 10 this year for a team that has performances of 14 blocks vs. Shippensburg (Dec. 3) and 10 blocks vs. UPJ (Jan. 3). 

BRITTANY ROBINSON IS ONE OF THE TOP SHOT BLOCKERS IN ATLANTIC REGION
Robinson leads the the PSAC, ranks second in the Atlantic Region, and 35th in Division II averaging 1.96 blocked shots per game. She's posted at least one block in 19 of 23 games, and is currently on a streak of 10 straight games with a swat. Robinson has performances of seven blocks (vs. Shippensburg) and six blocks (at Millersville), and is on pace to have one of the top individual seasons in IUP history.

CAROLYN APPLEBY NAMED PSAC WEST ATHLETE OF THE WEEK; LEADS IUP's OFFENSIVE SURGE
IUP is averaging 78 points during its current six-game win streak, and So. G Carolyn Appleby (Greensburg, Pa. /Greensburg Central Catholic) has led the way by averaging 19.2 points per game during that span. She scored a career-high 24 points at Seton Hill, and has shot 50.0 percent (38-76) from the field and 86.2 percent (25-29) from the foul line over the last six. On Monday, she was named the PSAC West Athlete of the Week, averaging 21.0 points, 6.0 assists, and 5.0 rebounds in a pair of road IUP wins over Pitt-Johnstown and Edinboro. 

NCAA ATLANTIC REGION RANKINGS
The season's first NCAA Division II Regional Rankings were released on Wednesday, with the Crimson Hawks sitting at No. 4. These rankings determine the 64 teams selected to the NCAA tournament, with the top eight in each region earning berths.
