IUP women's volleyball (7-21, 3-12 PSAC) opens the final week of the season with a road match at Clarion Tuesday. The Crimson Hawks have dropped four straight matches, including two on the road last weekend to West Chester and Millersville. Clarion has won four of its last five, splitting with the Marauders and Golden Rams over the weekend.
NOTES
>> Clarion won the season's first matchup in four sets back on Oct. 2 at the Kovalchick Complex. Junior Jessica Ignace posted 15 kills and a .273 hitting percentage against the Golden Eagles, while freshman Kylie Osborn had eight kills and eight block assists (13.0 points).
>> Sophomore Jasmine Raudys posted a career-highs of 13 kills and 16.0 points and also had a .323 hitting percentage in IUP's four-set loss to West Chester Saturday. She's fourth on the team with 108 kills this year.
>> Ignace leads the Crimson Hawks in kills with 225 (2.42/set) and has hit double-digits seven times in the last 12 matches.
>> Sophomore setter Dominica Niccolai had 42 assists at West Chester, her fourth 40-assist match of the season.
>> Senior libero Jess Marut had 35 digs over the weekend, including 24 in four sets at West Chester. She's sixth in the PSAC and 49th in Division II with 5.21 digs per set.
