THE GAME AT A GLANCE
3rd-ranked IUP women's basketball (5-0, 0-0 PSAC) opens conference play on the road this weekend with games at Kutztown (1-5, 0-0 PSAC) and Millersville (2-3, 0-0 PSAC). The Crimson Hawks will face the Golden Bears Saturday and the Marauders Sunday, each game with a 1 p.m. tipoff time. IUP comes in to the weekend with five straight blowout victories and is one of two undefeated PSAC teams. Kutztown has dropped three straight games and Milllersville is fresh off a 5-point win over District of Columbia.

TIPOFF NOTES
>> The Crimson Hawks are coming off their second 100-point outing of the season in Wednesday's win over Cheyney on Education Day. Sr. G Carolyn Appleby had a game-high 20 points.
>> It was the fifth straight win of at least 27 points for the Crimson Hawks, who have a scoring margin of nearly 41 points during their hot start.
>> IUP HC Tom McConnell carries a 3-0 record against Kutztown and 3-1 record against Millersville into this weekend. The only loss came to the Marauders in last year's PSAC semifinals (89-86, OT) at the KCAC.
>> IUP is a combined 5-1 in the PSAC East-West crossover opening weekends, which started in 2015-16. That includes five straight wins over Lock Haven and Bloomsburg (twice), and East Stroudsburg.
>> Sr. G Ana Hollen will look to remain in the lineup for injured R-Sr. G Lauren Wolosik

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT THE GOLDEN BEARS AND MARAUDERS
