MATCH NOTES
*IUP swings into its next upcoming matches on a high note, sweeping Oberlin (8-1) and Case Western Reserve (6-3): The Crimson Hawks won 14 of the 18 points against the Division III teams, including 10 in singles play
*The dynamic doubles duo of Jarka Petercakova (Bratislava, Slovakia/Sport Gymnasium) and Luise von Agris (Castrop-Rauxel, Germany/Adalbet-Stifter-Gymnasium) were potent, taking home a pair of victories against both Oberlin and Case Western, 8-2 and 9-7, respectively
*Petercakova returned to action this spring after sitting out in the fall, going a combined 4-0 in singles and doubles play against Oberlin and Case
*With Petercakova back, she regained the top spot in the singles lineup; von Agris competed at No. 2, Katya Minchenkova (Mytishchi, Russia/Secondary School No.12) at No. 3, Nicole Beidacki (Porto Alegre, Brazil/Colegio Sao Judas Tadeu) at No. 4, newcomer Julia Newman (Tauranga, New Zealand/Tauranga Girls' College) at No. 5, and Mariana Valenzuela (Bogotá, Colombia/George Berkeley School) at No. 6
