The IUP women's tennis team jumps back on the road, as they get ready for Wednesday's matchup against conference opponent Slippery Rock. Wednesday's match is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. at SRU Tennis Courts. This is both IUP and Slippery Rock's first conference game this season.

>> The Crimson Hawks concluded the Spring Tennis Fest 2-2; The Crimson Hawks beat Michigan Tech, 7-2 and Belmont Abbey 8-1, but fell to Bucknell 5-2 and Missouri – St. Louis 8-1
>> Sr. Luise von Agris (Castrop-Rauxel, Germany/Adalbet-Stifter-Gymnasium) holds the top overall record 14-4 and dual record 8-1 for the Crimson Hawks; von Agris also broke the program's career single victories record in the Crimson Hawks' 5-1 loss against Bucknell; von Agris passed Tanya Timkos record and now has 87 career single victories
>> Fr. Nicole Beidacki (Porto Alegre, Brazil/Colegio Sao Judas Tadeu) follows behind, as she has a 13-5 overall and 7-2 record heading into this week's match; As a team, von Agris and Beidacki are 9-3 overall in doubles
>> Slippery Rock's Viola Lugmayr holds the best overall and dual records, 11-4 and 9-2 respectively
>> Slippery Rock concluded their spring break down south going 2-3; The Rock's last win came against Webber International, 8-1
>> Last year, The Crimson Hawks beat Slippery Rock at home 7-2; IUP had five single victories, including Katya Minchenkova (Mytishchi, Russia/Secondary School No.12), who picked up a 8-1 victory
