THE GAME AT A GLANCE
No. 9-ranked IUP women's basketball (2-0, 0-0 PSAC) hosts an early season top-25 matchup Friday night when No. 22 Glenville State comes to the Kovalchick Convention & Athletic Complex. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. This will be the first game in the KCAC this year for the Crimson Hawks, who posted two blowout home victories in the Memorial Field House in last weekend's S&T Bank PSAC/MEC Challenge. IUP defeated Davis & Elkins 81-52 and West Virginia Wesleyan 96-44. Glenville State opened its season with a 137-83 win over Millersville before falling to West Chester 99-96.
TIPOFF NOTES
>> IUP had several individual highlights last weekend, including Sr. G
Natalie Myers who averaged 19.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, shot 68.4 percent and made 10 3-pointers. Myers had a career-high 22 points in the opener and followed that up with a double-double (16 & 10) against West Virginia Wesleyan.
>> Myers' 10 3-pointers last weekend is the most 3s by an IUP player in the first two games of the season. She made a career-high six against Davis & Elkins and shot 71.4 percent overall.

Justina Mascaro, who transferred from Delaware last January, made her IUP debut last weekend and averaged 14.0 points and shot 52.6 percent. She scored a game-high 19 points with five assists and four rebounds against Davis & Elkins.
>> The Crimson Hawks averaged 88.5 points in the opening weekend and shot 52.4 percent with 21 3-pointers. IUP limited its opposition to 28.3 percent shooting and eight 3-pointers, and forced 37 turnovers.
>> This will be IUP's first matchup against Glenville State since beating the Lady Pioneers 88-68 in the 2018 NCAA Division II Atlantic Region semifinals in Richmond, Va.
