No. 9 IUP women's basketball (2-1, 0-0 PSAC) looks to rebound from a tough top-25 loss as the Crimson Hawks host Pitt-Bradford (0-3, 0-0 AMCC) for their 6th annual Education Day Game Wednesday morning at the Kovalchick Complex. Tipoff is set for 11 a.m. IUP is coming off an 86-79 home loss to No. 22 Glenville State Friday night in a battle of two of the top teams in the Atlantic Region. This will be an exhibition game for Division III Pitt-Bradford.

Mikayla Lovelace with 17 points each. It was a career-high for Lovelace, who went 5-9 from the field and 7-8 from the foul line in 24 minutes off the bench.
>> The Crimson Hawks shot 57.1 pct. from the floor and 20-26 from the foul line but committed 23 turnovers.Â
>> IUP is 5-0 in its Education Day games winning by an average score of 92.0-49.8.Â

Natalie Myers has 12 3-pointers in the early going, which is the most treys by an IUP player in the first three games of a season in program history. She leads the PSAC with 4.0 3FGs per game and is 12th in Division II with a 66.7 3FG%.Â

Justina Mascaro has been a lights out shooter in her first games at IUP, boasting a 60.9 FG% while making 5-8 3FGs and 9-9 from the foul line. The 2018-19 mid-year transfer (Delaware) is 2nd on the team with 14.0 PPG with a season-high 19 points in 24 minutes against West Virginia Wesleyan.Â
