CRIMSON HAWKS RETURN HOME TO FACE GANNON
The IUP women's soccer team (2-1-0, 1-1-0 PSACÂ West) returns home for their third PSAC West division match of the season on Saturday against the Gannon Lady Knights (2-1-0, 1-1-0, PSAC West).

On the Pitch
>> The Crimson Hawks will be looking to defend their home turf on Saturday when the Lady Knights come to town. IUP is 2-0 at home this season having outscored their opponents 8-1 in those two matches at the South Campus Field.
>>The Crimson Hawks and Lady Knights currently sit in a five-way tie for second place in the PSAC West division with three points apiece. Slippery Rock currently leads the West division with six points in the early stages of the season.
>>The Crimson Hawks will be looking to bounce back from their first loss of the season, having fallen 2-1 away to Edinboro last Saturday.

Mahogany Willis continued her impressive start to the 2019 season last week scoring in both games for the Crimson Hawks to take her goal tally on the season to seven.
>> Her three game scoring streak ties her career long. She had previously scored in three straight games last season, netting in consecutive games against Salem, Mansfield, and Clarion.
>> Willis currently stands atop the PSAC scoring charts in several categories. She leads the league in both goals (7), and points (15).

Smakulski Stands Tall
>> Goalkeeper
Madeline Smakulski has been rock solid at the back for the Crimson Hawks. Her 22 saves is the most by a goalkeeper so far this season in the PSAC, and her average of 7.33 saves per game ranks third in the league.
