Box Score SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. - Boasting a strong offensive performance led by Nicole Peterson, the IUP women's volleyball team took down Slippery Rock in three sets on the road Saturday afternoon at Morrow Field House.

Peterson finished with 13 kills and hit .273 in the three-set victory. She helped the Crimson Hawks hit .284 for the match, their best offensive performance since hitting .419 against The Rock back on October 8. Peterson also went over 300 kills on the season to run her two-season total to 617.

IUP edged The Rock 26-24 and 25-23 in the first two sets before putting them away 25-13 in the third.

IUP improved to 16-14 overall and 6-8 in PSAC West play as the Hawks attempt to stay in contention for the fourth and final conference tournament spot.
