INDIANA, Pa. – The Crimson Hawks return to the field for the first time in a week with a match against Gannon in Erie on Saturday afternoon. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
IUP was originally set to play two matches this week, but it's home non-conference meeting against Salem on Wednesday was canceled by the Tigers. It is undetermined whether that match will be made up this season.
The Hawks enter with a 2-1 overall record, including 1-1 in the PSAC West. They are coming off their first loss of the season, a 2-0 home defeat at the hands of undefeated Edinboro last Saturday. Gannon is 1-1-1 on the year, with all previous matches coming against divisional foes.
