BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The IUP women's tennis pairing of
Ming Deewajee and
Dani Ramos advanced to the finals of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Doubles Championship following play on Monday.
Of note, due to players' commitments to this week's upcoming ITA National Tournament and need to travel,
the women's singles and women's doubles final matches will be played at a future time and date that will be determined by the PSAC. As soon as a decision is made, the information will be distributed to the conference's various social media channels as well as on psacsports.org.
The doubles championship for Dewajee and Ramos is a rematch of the ITA Atlantic Region Championships.
Dewajee and Ramos advanced in the doubles bracket with an 8-4 win against Gabriela Del Val Del Toro and Nicole Kemption.
In singles action,
Katy Graydon advanced past teammate Ramos in the quarter finals by a 6-2, 1-6, 10-5 victory. Graydon eventually fell to Mercyhurst's Kayla Dean in the semifinals by scores of 6-3, 6-2.
