>> The Hawks are riding a seven-game winning streak, just one of two teams in the PSAC that are still undefeated.

Nyshae' Weaver was named PSAC West Defensive Athlete of the Week on November 25 after her performances against Lock Haven and Shippensburg. Weaver added PSAC West Athlete of the Week honors on December 9 after she combined for 20 of 24 from the field for 44 points and grabbed 29 rebounds against Shepherd and West Chester.
>> The Hawks are currently averaging 72.0 PPG, 47.0 RPG, 15.1 APG, 8.1 SPG, and 3.7 BPG. IUP is shooting .470% from the field and .286% beyond the arc.
>> They hold their opponent's average to 50.1 PPG, .305% from the field, and 13.9 turnovers per game.
>> They notched a season-high of 16 steals against Shippensburg, followed by 11 against Penn. State Beaver.
>> The lead scorers for the Hawks are Weaver and
Shamia Strayhorn. Weaver is averaging 15.4 PPG and Strayhorn with 12.4 PPG. Weaver ranks 10th in the PSAC and Strayhorn ranks 25th.

GOLDEY-BEACOM AT A GLANCE / SERIES HISTORY
Goldey-Beacom's overall record is 1-9 and 1-1 in the CACC. The Lightning has matched up against Kutztown and Millersville, they lost to the Marauders by just two points.
Their one win this season came against Wilmington (DE) on December 7th. They are averaging 60.4 PPG, .401 FG%, 29.6 RPG, 13.6 APG, 6.6 steals per game, and 2.1 blocks per game. Their lead scorer is Julie Kulesza who is averaging 13.7 PPG, 4.7 RPG, shooting .455% from the field, has added eight steals and two blocks. She was just named to the CACC weekly honor roll on December 9th and Katie Yoder was picked twice this season in back-to-back weeks.
This will be the team's fifth matchup overall with IUP claiming all four previous wins. The last time they met was November of 2023 in Wilmington (DE) when the Hawks took a 95-76 victory.
Grace Centrulla added 15, shot 6-9 from the field, a steal, and a block. Weaver added 11 points, eight rebounds, and shot 4-5. Lastly, Scott also made an appearance contributing two assists and three steals.
ALL AROUND WEAVER
Junior forward Weaver currently leads the Hawks in numerous categories and sits in the top rankings in the PSAC. Weaver was also named PSAC West Defensive Athlete of the Week on November 25th and was just named the PSAC West Athlete of the Week on December 9th.
She ranks 10th in scoring, averaging 15.4 PPG. She is second averaging 12.0 rebounds per game. Weaver is shooting .667 from the field putting her in second place in the PSAC. Weaver has scored double-digits in five games this season, she recorded a high of 26 points against Shepherd. She grabbed 14 defensive rebounds against Lock Haven and totaled 20 rebounds on the night.
A LOOK INTO STRAYHORN
Senior guard
Shamia Strayhorn leads the team averaging 30.9 minutes of playing time per game and ranks 20th in the PSAC. Strayhorn is shooting .408% from the field, second on the team with seven three-pointers, .750% from the free throw line, averages 12.4 PPG, marked seven steals, and two blocks.
FRESH OFF THE BENCH
IUP has utilized players off the bench throughout this season. Fifth on the team in scoring is
Madison Zavasky who is averaging 6.4 PPG, is second with 4.6 RPG, and third in steals (7).
Lily Jordan is another key player off the bench who is averaging 20.0 minutes per game. She is shooting .475% from the field and is averaging 4.0 RPG.
Marin Miller has posted five blocks, 11 assists, 3.9 RPG, and 9-for-12 at the free throw line.
