BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – Indiana University of Pennsylvania sophomore Asel Calbay competed in the ITA Atlantic Regional women's open singles final Sunday, facing Filippa Larsson of the University of Charleston at Bloomsburg University.

The matchup featured the tournament's No. 7 and No. 11 seeds, with both players upsetting higher-seeded opponents to reach the championship match. Despite a strong effort, Calbay fell to Larsson in straight sets, 6-4, 6-3.

With the win, Larsson advances to the ITA Championships, which will be held in Rome, Georgia.
