>> Shamia Strayhorn led the charge for the Crimson Hawks, scoring 23 points, followed by Nyshae' Weaver with 13, and Grace Centrulla with 10.
>> Weaver led the team in rebounds with 12, marking her tenth double-double of the season, followed by Centrulla with five.

>> Scott has been posting some large numbers recently, increasing her PPG to 7.3, and her APG to 2.5. This season, Scott is averaging 26.3 MPG, 7.3 PPG, 2.5 APG, and she is shooting .351 from the field and .741 from the line.
>> Seton Hill's most recent matchup resulted in a win against Clarion, 80-64
>> Hallie Cowan and Mia Kalich led scoring for the Griffns, both scoring 16.
>> Kalich also led in rebounding with 13, followed by Hailee Ford with 10.Â

Seton Hill has an overall record of 20-3, and a conference record of 14-2. The Griffin's two losses came from Gannon (75-89) and Califronia (Pa.) (78-8). Seton Hill is currently averaging 82.8 PPG, 42.3 RPG, 16.6 APG, 19.7 TOG, 13.4 SPG, and 4.4 BPG. The Griffins are shooting .443 from the field, .320 from the arc, and .698 from the line.Â
Seton Hill's top point scorer is junior guard, Hallie Cowan. Cowan is averaging 29.6 MPG, 14.7 PPG, 2.8 RPG, and 2.2 APG. Cowan is shooting .414 from the field, .348 from the arc, and .768 from the line. Cowan posted a season high of 25 points against Clarion on January 8th.Â
Seton Hill's top rebounder is Mia Kalich. Kalich is averaging 11.0 RPG, 12.2 PPG, 33.7 MPG, and 3.2 APG. Kalich had a season high of 23 rebounds against Clarion on January 8th.Â
LAST MATCHUP
In their most recent matchup on January 18th, IUP added another loss to their record, 67-60. Strayhorn led the Crimson Hawks with 15 points, seven rebounds, and three steals. Centrulla led in rebounds with nine rebounds, eight points, and four blocks. Helene Cowan led the advance for the Griffins with 19 points, followed by her sister, Hallie Cowan with 17. Kalich posted 11 points and 19 rebounds.  Â
HOME COURT ADVANTAGE
Since the opening of the KCAC in the 2011-12 season, IUP has had an outstanding home court advantage to go along with a nationally prominent basketball program.Â
IUP boasts a 165-30 (.846) record in home games since the venue opened, not losing more than four home games in a single season during that span. At the KCAC, the IUP women have won:Â

PSAC PLAYOFFS
As of their game against Edinboro on Saturday, IUP is placed at third in the PSAC, guaranteeing their participation in the playoffs. IUP is sitting behind conference leader, Seton Hill (14-2, 20-3) and Edinboro (14-3, 19-5). Since 1984, IUP has appeared in the PSAC tournament 26 times, has appeared in the PSAC West Championship eight times, and has made it to the PSAC Championship six times.Â
WILKERSON MAKING HER WAY
Ellie Wilkerson has started 20 of the games she has appeared in. She earned PSAC West Athlete of the Week on January 7 after her impressive performances at Daemen and Edinboro. Wilkerson posted her best performance of the season against Daemen, scoring 20 points on .643 shooting from the field with nine made field goals. For the week, she averaged 17.5 points per game, 33 minutes, and shot better than .500 from the field.Â
Overall, she is averaging 28.0 MPG, 10.4 PPG, 4.1 RPG, and is shooting .444 from the field. She has totaled 27 steals so far this season and has recorded at least one steal in every game leading up to Gannon. She has recorded at least two steals in eight games this season, most recently snagging four against Seton Hill. She has scored 15+ points four times this season.Â
A LOOK INTO STRAYHORN
Senior guard Shamia Strayhorn leads the team in MPG, averaging 33.7 minutes, placing her at 15th in the PSAC. Strayhorn is shooting .445 from the field and has contributed 85 rebounds, 46 assists, 40 steals, and four blocks to the team. Strayhorn has led the team in assists six times this season, followed by steals seven times. Her free throw percentage ranks 16th in the PSAC (.726) from 113 attempts.
WONDERFUL WEAVER
Junior forward Nyshae' Weaver has been making a name for herself this season. Weaver was named PSAC West Defensive Athlete of the Week on January 7 for the second time this season and received PSAC honors for the third overall time this season. Weaver is leading the team with 10.8 RPG, placing her at third in the conference. On top of her rebounding, Weaver is averaging 14.9 PPG, which is the second highest on the team, and 12th in the conference. On top of her impressive PPG and RPG numbers, Weaver has tallied 10 double-doubles this season alone.Â

FRESH OFF THE BENCH
IUP has utilized players off the bench, including Lily Jordan and Macie Jarrett. Freshman Jordan is leading the bench in points, shooting .479 from the field and averaging 7.1 PPG. Averaging 24.0 MPG, Jordan has notched 94 rebounds, 32 assists, 17 steals, and six blocks. Macie Jarrett has witnessed more minutes this new year, averaging 7.7 MPG, all while averaging .455 from the field and .600 from the arc, Jarrett has posted 15 rebounds, three assists, and three steals.Â
