IUP concluded the season with a 17-7 overall record, captured its fifth consecutive PSAC title, and made its 17th appearance in the NCAA Tournament.

The Hawks started strong by securing the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles. The No. 1 pair earned a 6-3 victory, while the No. 3 team posted a 6-2 win. The No. 2 doubles match was left unfinished with IUP leading 4-3.

At No. 1 singles, Lieselotte Hartlohner dropped the opening set 3-6 but rallied to take the next two sets, 6-1, 6-3. Playing at No. 2 singles, Ming Deewajee started strong with a 6-3 win in the first set. In the second set, she was clipped 6-7 but came back to win the third 6-2.

Asel Calbay at No. 5 singles dropped both sets with scores of 3-6. At No. 4 singles, Hannah Beitat dropped the opening set 1-6 but battled back to take the second 6-2, forcing a decisive third. Despite the momentum shift, she came up short in the final set, 4-6.
