2014: All-Atlantic Regional Honoree, for finishing 9th Overall (32:40.1, 10K) at the Atlantic Regional Championships...All-PSAC first team...Finished first for IUP in 5 races...Had his Best race of the season at the PSAC Championships, where he finished 14th overall (25:17.2, 8K)...Was the sole IUP runner selected to compete at the NCAA Championships, where he finished 82nd overall (32:14.6, 10K).
2013:Â Was the top finisher for IUP with a time of 25:55 in his only race of the season (Spartan Invitational, 8K).
2012:Â Competed in all but one race... Helped IUP to a first place finish at the Mary Uher Invitational with a time of 29:31 and a fifth place finish overall (8K)... Was the third finisher for IUP at the Paul Short Invitational with a time of 26:31 (8K)... Finished 22nd at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational (26:22.7, 8K)... Was the first finisher for IUP at the PSAC Championships with a time of 26:35.3 (8K)... Finished second for IUP and 31st overall at the Atlantic Regional Championship (32:19.5, 8K).
