Water Aerobics
Aging Services- Tuesdays and Fridays 10am-11am
IUP Aquatics Water Aerobics- Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm (through January 18th)
IUP Water Aerobics - SPRING SEMESTER Wed 5:30pm-6:30pm and Thursday 6pm-7pm.
Hours may change due to university related events and programming

Tuesdays
                6:00am-7:30am – Lap Swim Only
                10:00am-11:00am – Aging Services Water Aerobics with Tami
                11:00am-1:00pm – Open Swim
                8:15pm-9:15pm – Open Swim (4-6 Lanes)
 
Wednesdays
                6:00am-7:30am – Lap Swim Only
                11:00am-1:00pm – Open Swim
                5:30pm-6:30pm – Water Aerobics with Gina
                6:00pm-8:00pm – Open Swim (4 Lanes)
 
Thursdays
                6:00am-7:30am – Lap Swim Only
                11:00am-1:00pm – Open Swim
                6:00pm-7:00pm – Water Aerobics with Gina
