GENERAL: One of the best receivers in IUP history ... Heads into senior season third all-time with 2,301 receiving yards and fourth with 145 receptions ... Could threaten Hall of Famer Jai Hill's (1988-91) program record of 214 career receptions ... Has caught a pass in 33 straight games, a streak that dates back to his first collegiate game in 2014 ... Is also fourth in IUP history with 4,006 career all-purpose yards, and needs just 1,374 in 2017 to break Michael Mann's (1990-93) school record ... Big play threat has 32 offensive plays of 20 yards or more, including 11 of at least 50 yards.

2016: Second team All-PSAC West selection at wide receiver … For the second straight year, led the Crimson Hawks in receiving … Finished the season with 43 receptions, 941 yards and eight touchdowns in 10 games … His 21.9 yards per reception ranked first in the PSAC and 11th in Division II … Averaged 94.1 yards per game which was fifth in the PSAC … Extended consecutive games with a reception streak to 33 games, which is every game he’s played in … This is an IUP record … Enters 2017 season third in IUP history in yards with 2,301 and fourth in IUP history in receptions with 145 … Led team for third straight season in all-purpose yards per game, averaged 112.1 yards per contest and totaled 1,121 yards for the season … Four games of over 100 receiving yards … Led IUP with seven touchdowns of 20-plus yards ... Had 17 total offensive plays of 20 or more yards ... Had 12 catches for 195 yards in season opener at East Stroudsburg … Also had seven catches for 169 yards and a touchdown at Edinboro … Three catches for 110 yards at Gannon and three catches for 164 yards at home against Mercyhurst.

2015: For the second straight year, Pegues led the Crimson Hawks in all-purpose yards, totaling 1,419 in 12 games … Averaged 118.2 all-purpose yards per game … Tallied 24 rushing yards, 753 receiving, 320 on punt returns and 322 on kickoff returns … One of fastest players in the PSAC … Arguably the most dangerous return man in the conference … Averaged 26.8 yards on 12 kickoff returns and 11.0 yards on 29 punt returns … Had four punt returns of more than 30 yards … Made strides as a receiver, starting all 12 games … Led team and finished 10th in the PSAC with 57 catches … 753 receiving yards and three touchdowns were also team-highs … Averaged 13.2 yards per catch and 62.8 receiving yards per game … Used in a variety of ways, including outside and in the slot … Also ran routes out of the backfield … Had one of best receiving performances in school history with 14 catches for 233 yards and a touchdown at Slippery Rock  … Totaled 289 yards against The Rock … The 289 yards were a career-high and the second most in a single game at the school since 2006 … Opened season with seven catches for 115 yards, including a 63-yard touchdown against Kutztown …  Totaled 189 yards against Clarion, including six catches for 64 yards and 121 punt return yards. 

2014: Named to Don Hansen All-Super Region One third team as a kick returner...Also a first team All-PSAC West pick at returner as a true freshman...Led IUP and finished seventh in the PSAC with 133.3 all-purpose yards per game...Had three games of more than 200 all-purpose yards...Set IUP single season record with 19.4 punt return average...Made longest punt return in program history with 96-yard touchdown against Seton Hill (10/11)...It was also the fourth longest overall play in IUP history...Finished eighth in the PSAC West with a 24.6 kickoff return average, totaling 590 yards on 24 returns......Played in all 11 games, earning two starts at receiver...Finished second on the team with 45 receptions, 607 yards and four touchdowns...Had 13 catches for 193 yards and a touchdown against Gannon (11/8)...13 catches are tied for fourth most in a single game while 193 yards were the eighth most in program history...Totaled season-high 282 yards against the Golden Knights...Had 212 all-purpose yards against Slippery Rock (10/25)...Caught five passes for 118 yards and a touchdown and had 48 punt return yards and 46 kick return yards against SRU...Finished with 243 all-purpose yards (98 kick return, 96 punt return, 36 receiving, 13 rushing) against Seton Hill (10/11).

High School: compiled over 1,000 rushing yards and 19 total touchdowns in senior year at Central High School…named All-City team in 2011,2012, and 2013 seasons…also ran track and field and played basketball…was named All-State in track and field.
