>> Earned IUP Men's Scholar Athlete and Senior of the Year Awards
>> Finished fourth in 3000 steeplechase with PR of 9:39.64 at PSAC Outdoor Championships
>> Set personal-best in 5000m at Paul Kaiser Classic with time fo 15:07.90
>> Won 3000 steeple at season-ending PAC Last Chance Meet, second at Bill Lennox Invitational
2019-20 (Junior)
>> Earned indoor All-PSAC honors at conference meet
>> Finished second at the PSAC Championships in the 3000, fourth in the 5000
>> Set indoor personal records in the mile (4:25.43), 3000m (8:54.85) and 5000m (15:26.08)
2018-19 (Sophomore)
>> Earned outdoor All-PSAC honors at the conference meet
>> Finished fourth in the steeplechase with a PR of 9:42.46; part of second place 4x800 relay (7:40.83)
>> Won 3000 steeplechase at LHU Qualifier
>> Took second place in 10,000m at Cal U Early Bird with PR time of 33:35.21
>> Two second place finishes during indoor season - mile at Al Hall Freedom Games, 5000m at Mid-February Open
