2013-14:
 Started 24 games and was one of only four Crimson Hawks to play in all 28 games... Set program single season record with 43.3 three-point field goal percentage, finishing 26-60 from behind the arc... Led IUP with 61 steals and finished second with 65 assists... Finished fourth on the team with 8.3 points per game and 4.1 rebounds per game... Shot 47.3 percent (80-169) from the field and 83.9 percent (47-56) from the foul line... Reached double-figures in scoring 12 times... Scored season-high 24 points on 8-13 shooting in 28 minutes off the bench at Pitt-Johnstown (1/29)... Grabbed season-high 11 rebounds at Clarion (11/23)... Tallied at least one assists in 26 games, including season-high seven against Millersville (12/17)... Had 14 points and six steals in 29 minutes against Mercyhurst (2/19)... Had 16 points and grabbed eith rebounds at Slippery Rock (2/26)... Scored 15 points and had six rebounds, six assists and four steals vs. Pitt-Johnstown (11/20). 

2012-13: Named second team All-PSAC West… Started 29 of her 30 games played… Led the Crimson Hawks with 85 assists and 67 steals… Was fourth with 8.3 points and fifth with 4.3 rebounds per game… Her 39.7 three-point field goal percentage (31-97) led the team and is fourth all-time in IUP single season history… Second on team with a 45.9 field goal percentage (85-185) and a 81.0 free throw percentage (47-58)… Recorded a steal in all 30 games, extending her streak of 41 straight games with a steal dating back to 2/4/12… Scored in double-figures 11 times… Scored career-high 21 points on 8-12 shooting at Mercyhurst (2/16)… Averaged 12.6 points, 5.9 rebounds and 3.6 assists in seven-game span in January… Scored 12 points with seven rebounds and career-high eight assists against Mercyhurst (1/26)… Scored 17 points, going 7-7 at the free throw line, with six rebounds and five steals at Edinboro (1/23)… Had 13 points and eight rebounds against Shippensburg (1/11).

2011-12: Fairman was one of the Crimson Hawks top all-around players, playing in all 30 games during the year with 26 starts… She averaged 6.7 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game… Averaged 22.9 minutes per game… She shot 40.0 percent (70-175) from the floor and 78.7 percent (37-47) from the foul line… Led IUP with 71 assists and 57 steals… Reached double-figures in scoring eight times, with season-high of 16 points coming at California… Scored 13 points in season’s first game against California and averaged 14.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game vs. the Vulcans with a 52.6 field goal percentage (10-19)… Scored 11 points with six assists at Cheyney, going 3-6 from three-point range… Had 11 points with five assists in 18 minutes against Washington Adventist… Scored 10 points on 5-8 from the field with seven rebounds and three steals against Slippery Rock… Scored 11 points on 5-7 shooting at Gannon in first round of PSAC tournament… Had season-high eight rebounds against West Chester… She had at least one steal in all but three games, including each of the last 11… Had season-highs of four steals against Bowie State and Clarion… Six assists against Cheyney were a season-high.
