David Pomeroy enters his third season as the assistant women's lacrosse coach at IUP in 2016. He continues with the Crimson Hawks with nine years of coaching and athletic administration experience at various high schools, colleges, leagues and clubs.
Pomeroy spent the last two seasons as the Head Goalie Coach, while leading a freshman goalie to 3rd-Team All PSAC Honors in 2015 and will continue with the goalies for the 2016 season.
He began his coaching career in 2007 with the men's and women's lacrosse teams at the University of Wyoming.
He earned his bachelor's degree in psychology in 2012 from Rowan University, and his master’s degree in sport management in May 2016 from IUP.
