Jordan Banta enters her first season as an assistant coach for the IUP women's volleyball program in 2016. She comes to the Crimson Hawks after graduating from Lees-McRae College in May.

Banta was a four-year letterwinner for the Bobcats, earning All-Conference Carolinas honors after both her junior (2014) and senior (2015) seasons. She finished her career in the top 10 in both kills (780) and total blocks (281) in Lees-McRae program history. 

Banta served as a Beach Elite Volleyball Summer Camp coach.
