Ana Zandona

Ana Zandona begins her first season as the assistant coach of the IUP women's volleyball program in February of 2025.


Most recently she was an assistant volleyball coach at West Virginia State University for the 2024 season. At West Virginia State University, she helped guide the team to a Mountain East Conference Title for the first time in program history and the team finished as semi-finalists in the NCAA Atlantic Regional Tournament. 


In the spring of 2024, Ana served as the assistant coach of the Fusion Volleyball Club.

For the 2023-24 season, Ana worked as an assistant volleyball coach and recruiting coordinator at Western New Mexico University.

Before her time at Western New Mexico, Ana was an assistant coach for the Charleston High School volleyball program and also served as a graduate assistant at Eastern Illinois University from 2021-2023.


Ana is pursuing a master's in sport studies from West Virginia State University. She previously earned a master's degree in sports administration from Eastern Illinois University in 2023. She earned her bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from East Washington University in 2021 after she spent her first two years of undergrad at Trinity Valley Community College. 
 
Ana was a member of both the TVCC and EWU volleyball programs.
