INDIANA, Pa. – IUP men's & women's swimmers racked up 24 combined wins and 31 conference qualifying times in a pair of easy dual meet wins over Saint Vincent on Friday night at the Pidgeon Natatorium.
 
The men defeated Saint Vincent 152-96 while the women put up a 159-99 score.
 
Regan Chalk (Hanover, PA/New Oxford) tallied three qualifying times and two individual wins on Friday, finishing first in the 100 (1:00.24) and 200 backstroke (2:13.93), while also coming in second in the 50 freestyle (25.15).
 
Taylor Cisik (Boyertown, PA/Boyertown), Taylor Campbell (Butler, Pa. /Butler), and Nicole Smith (Dover, PA/Dover) each had a pair of first place finishes. Cisik had a pair of qualifying times in the 100 (55.13) and 200 free (1:58.79); Campell in the 100 breast (1:10.13) and 200 breast (2:32.92); and Smith in the 50 free (25.15) and 500 free (5:14.04).
 
On the men's side, Chris Strauss (Allentown, Pa. /Parkland), Mace Long (Hollidaysburg, Pa. /Hollidaysburg Area), and Sterling Tate (York, PA/Dallastown) both won two events, putting up qualifying times in both. Strauss had victories in the 200 free (1:47.03) and 500 free (4:56.80), while Long had his in the 100 fly (53.88) and 200 fly (1:59.21), and Tate had his in the 100 backstroke (52.57) and 200 IM (2:05.38).
