THE GAME AT A GLANCE
The Crimson Hawks take their 12-game win streak on the road as they travel to Clarion on Wednesday night. Tipoff at the Tippin Gymnasium is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Already with a postseason spot clinched, IUP will look to widen its three-game lead in the PSAC West, entering this matchup with a 15-3 league record. The Crimson Hawks are coming off of a dominant 94-73 home victory over Edinboro on Saturday, posting a season-high point total. Clarion is riding high after a second half comeback gave the Golden Eagles a big 67-62 home victory over Mercyhurst last weekend. The Golden Eagles have won just twice in the last six games, including an 83-74 loss at IUP last month. With a 9-9 PSAC mark, Clarion is battling for position in the division, currently one-game back of fourth place.

STORYLINES
• IUP's current 12-game win streak is its longest since winning 14 straight to start the 2013-14 season
• IUP HC Joe Lombardi has a 15-4 all-time record against Clarion
• IUP has won 10 straight games over Clarion, with the last loss to the Golden Eagles coming at home durin gthe 2010-11 season
• Lombardi is 7-2 against Clarion at Tippin, winning five straight road games in the season with his last loss coming during the 2009-10 national finalist season
• The Crimson Hawks will be looking for their fifth straight season sweep of Clarion and the sixth in the last 10 seasons under Lombardi
• IUP has a 6-3 road record this year, including four straight victories dating back to the Cheyney win
• Clarion owns a 10-1 record at home, with its only loss coming to Kutztown (74-67) on Jan. 6
• IUP is 11-1 against PSAC West opponents this year, owning an 11-game divisional win-streak that dates back to its 72-61 win at Gannon on Dec. 1

• The Crimson Hawks have also held 21 of their 23 opponents under their season scoring average
• Clarion averages 75.0 points per game, but has reached that total just once in the last 10 games - a 97-94 double overtime loss at Seton Hill (Jan. 27)
• IUP's game at 10th-ranked Fairmont State on Dec. 12 was the Crimson Hawks' first regular season game against a ranked opponent in recent history, as IUP's nationally-ranked opponents usually come in the postseason; IUP went 3-1 against ranked opponents in the NCAA tournament last year
• The Crimson Hawks have played eight games against 2015 NCAA tournament teams and have a 6-2 record in those games, with wins over University of the Sciences, American International, Gannon twice, Slippery Rock, and Mercyhurst; The losses have come at Mercyhurst and at Fairmont State 

BRANDON NORFLEET AMONG BEST PLAYERS IN THE ATLANTIC REGION
Sr. G Brandon Norfleet (Virginia Beach, Va. /Landstown) is IUP's top scoring threat and statistically all-around best player. He leads IUP in scoring, field goals made, free throws made, three-point percentage, free throw percentage, assists, and minutes played. He's also second three-pointers made, total rebounds and steals. 
• Norfleet scored a career-high 38 points against Seton Hill (Jan. 20); It's the second most in the PSAC this season
• He has 15 20-point games, including three 30-point performances; Norfleet had a recent streak of seven straight 20-point games snapped on Saturday
• Norfleet is averaging 23.3 points, 5.0 assists and 3.7 rebounds during IUP's current 12-game win streak
• He averaged 25.0 points, shot 50.0 perfect from the floor and 57.6 percent from three-point range during the month of January
• He has won the PSAC West Athlete of the Week award twice (Jan. 11 & Feb. 1)
• Norfleet has scored 1,529 career points and has 77 double-digit scoring games; He has 1,176 points in 82 games at IUP (14.3/game)
• He's one of five players in Division II - and one of two in the Atlantic Region - with at least 500 points and 100 assists this season
• Norfleet tied a career-high with nine assists vs. Cal (Dec. 16) and grabbed a season-high nine rebounds at Shippensburg (Dec. 4)
• Norfleet is No. 1 in the PSAC and ranks No. 16 in the country in total points (513)
• Norfleet is No. 1 in the PSAC and No. 20 in the country in points per game (22.3)
• Norfleet is No. 1 the PSAC and ranks No. 8 in the country in field goals made (192)

ANTHONY GLOVER HAS BEEN AN ADDED SCORING THREAT
So. G Anthony Glover (Toledo, Ohio/St. John's Jesuit) has been a welcome addition in his first year after transferring from Chicago State.
• Glover is third on the team with 10.8 points per game
• Glover has reached double-figures in scoring 12 times, including four 20-point performances
• Glover scored a career-high 23 points vs. Edinboro (Feb. 6)
• He made a career-high six three-pointers at UPJ (Jan. 13)
• Glover ranks fifth in the PSAC with a 41.7 three-point field percentage and is seventh with 45 made three-pointers

CRIMSON HAWKS FEATURE TOP TWO FRESHMEN IN PSAC WEST
Fr. F Jacobo Diaz (Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain/CBA Gran Canaria) and Fr. G Dante Lombardi (Indiana, Pa./The Kiski School) have won a combined six of the 12 PSAC West Freshman of the Week awards.
• Diaz leads IUP with 6.6 rebounds per game and is fifth with 8.3 points per game
• Lombardi is fourth on the team with 8.6 points per game and second with 71 assists

BRANDON SPAIN FINDING HIS NICHE
Jr. G Brandon Spain (Baltimore, Md./Glen Burnie) has stepped up his game since being reinserted into the starting lineup against Slippery Rock (Jan. 9). In eight starts since, he's averaging 8.8 points and is shooting 52.7 percent (29-of-55) from the floor.
• He hit the game-winning jumper in IUP's 68-66 win over Mercyhurst (Feb. 3)
• Spain is second in the PSAC with 45 steals, including a season-high five steals against Cal (Jan. 27) and Gannon (Jan. 30)
• Scored season-high 15 points against Slippery Rock (Jan. 9)

DADDY UGBEDE AGAIN PERFORMING CONSISTENTLY
Sr. F Daddy Ugbede (Gardena, Calif./Serra) is second on the team with 12.3 points per game despite playing in just 19.6 minutes per contest. His 72.1 field goal percentage would rank first in the PSAC and second in the country if he had enough made field goals to qualify. 
• He's averaging 16.2 points and shooting 83.7 percent (41-of-49) from the field in his last six games
• Ugbede had a season-high 22 points vs. Slippery Rock (Jan. 9)
• He's reached double-figures in scoring in each of his last seven
• He's made 50 percent of his shots in 18 of 20 games
