SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – IUP women's volleyball dropped its fourth straight match, a three-set loss on the road to Slippery Rock at the Morrow Field House Friday night.
Slippery Rock won by scores of 25-16, 25-20 and 25-20 to drop the Crimson Hawks to 6-15 overall and 2-6 in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC).
IUP forced The Rock (6-10, 3-5) into 20 hitting errors, but SRU still totaled 21 more kills on the night with a total attack advantage of 121-94.
Sophomore
Madi Burns had a team-high seven kills while freshman
Kylie Osborn finished with six kills and four block assists.
Osborn led the IUP defensive effort at the net as the team totaled 6.0 blocks. Senior libero
