KUTZTOWN, Pa. – On the final day of the field hockey regular season the Crimson Hawks fell just short of a postseason berth as they lost 2-0 to third-ranked Kutztown on the road Saturday.

Emma Wilhelm and
Camen Weber.
After going into the half scoreless, the Golden Bears tallied their first goal less than four minutes into the third quarter. Kutztown outshot IUP 8-2 in the second half, adding an insurance goal in the 53rd minute.
Lexi Ciano finished the day with six saves in the cage, her second highest total of the season.
