IUP Women's Volleyball travels to Wheeling before returning home to start conference play
IUP Women's Volleyball (1-7, 0-0 PSAC Southwest) travels south to West Virginia Tuesday to play #21 Wheeling before starting conference play at home over the weekend. The Crimson Hawks return to Indiana to host Shippensburg Friday at 7 p.m. and Shepherd Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Kovalchick Complex. The Crimson Hawks had last weekend off after playing two four-match tournaments to start the fall.

>> The Crimson Hawks collected their first win at the Vulcan Invitational, beating Lake Erie in five sets. Freshmen
Nicole Peterson and
Caroline Walsh combined for 32 kills, 7 blocks, and 37.5 points in the match.

Jasmine Raudys filled the stat sheet at the Vulcan Invitational, finishing with 16 blocks, 25 kills, and 35 total points.

>> This is the third straight regular season the Crimson Hawks have matched up with Wheeling, falling in three sets in both of the previous matches. Wheeling also ended IUP's NCAA tournament run in 2017.
