EDINBORO, Pa. - IUP swimmers won 18 of 22 events as the Crimson Hawks continued its early season schedule with a dual sweep of Edinboro Friday night at McComb Fieldhouse.
The IUP women won 144-57 while the men defeated the Fighting Scots 138-61.
IUP also racked up 24 PSAC qualifying times, including two each from
Heather Hartmann (500, 1000 free),
AB McCullough (50, 100 free),
Claire Mikesell (200 breast, 200 IM),
Rachel Johnson (200 breast, 200 IM),
Blake Hendricks (200 free, 200 back),
Luke Mikesell (500, 1000 free),
Kyle Thome (50, 500 free), and
Thomas McGillan (50, 100 free).
Paige Mikesell had the only NCAA B cut time of the night, posting her second in as many meets by hitting 2:05.16 in the 200 butterfly.
Hartmann, McCullough, McGillan, and
Luke Mikesell each won two individual events.
