INDIANA, Pa. - The IUP men's and women's swimming & diving squads split a dual against Gannon Saturday afternoon at Pidgeon Natatorium. The IUP women beat the Lady Knights 197-103 while the men lost to Gannon 170-92.
The IUP women won 13 of their 16 events, including both relays and both diving events, as the Hawks tinkered with their lineups.
Paige Mikesell won both the 50 freestyle and 200 backstroke, while
Amber Baldani won the 500 back and 200 IM.
Allison Brownlee took first place in both 1-meter diving events.
The Crimson Hawks also tallied individual times that were good enough for PSAC qualifying standards.

On the men's side, the Hawks won three events with
Ryan Hartmann taking home top honors in the 50 butterfly and 50 breaststroke.
Thomas McGillan won the 50 freestyle. The men totaled 18 marks on Saturday that were good enough for PSAC qualifying times, including three each from
